Events
As a Death Doula, one of my core passions is creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, reflect, and openly discuss topics that are often seen as taboo—death, grief, loss, and end-of-life planning. My goal is to help destigmatize these conversations and empower individuals to make informed, compassionate choices about their end-of-life journey.
To support this mission, I host a variety of community events designed to encourage dialogue, build connection, and offer practical guidance. These include:
-
Death Over Drafts – Casual gatherings at local venues where we talk openly about death and dying over a drink. It's meaningful, it's relaxed, and it's always real.
-
Meet a Death Doula Pop-Ups – Informal meet-and-greet opportunities where you can ask questions, explore what a Death Doula does, and learn more in a judgment-free space.
-
Death File Workshops – Guided sessions to help you begin (or complete) your personal "Death File"—a practical and empowering tool to organize documents, wishes, and plans for your end-of-life care.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to expand these offerings to include:
-
Death Dinners – Intimate meals centered around meaningful conversation about life, death, and everything in between.
-
Creative Practices – Art- and writing-based workshops designed to explore grief, legacy, and memory through creative expression.
I’m always open to new ideas that foster connection and community—so if you have a suggestion or want to collaborate on an event, I’d love to hear from you!
