20 Hour Package

Service Description

20 hours of support for you and/or your loved ones. Each package is tailored to your specific needs. Whether you want to spend time discussing your Advanced Care Planning, designing your Legacy project, support and advocacy during transitions or organizing services, we can spend our time together intentionally. This package is valid for a year from the purchase date. If you pass before the year is up, you may gift the remaining hours of service to a person of your choosing. If they do not want or need the gift, they can choose to gift it on to a community gift bank that will serve individuals facing financial hardship.
